I wanted to Blog late last night but blogger.com was closed. So I'm back, one day later. Let me see if I can remember what I wanted to talk about:
John Mayer won a Grammy last night (he's my favorite singer for those who don't know). Wayne spent the entire Sunday bashing him, and telling me how he's not going to win anything. And then he did. And now Wayne can't say he's phony, because obviously, he is not. I was up last night until 12:30 watching a rerun of ER, when VH1 started playing some of John Mayer's new concert DVD, so I had to stay up and watch that until 1 AM. I'm going to go buy that DVD and CD later.
I was pretty tired this morning since I went to bed late (1 AM is late for me on a Sunday night). I have to do some more acting for my Lit and Psych class. We're reading the play Death Of A Salesman. it's not a bad play, but tomorrow will be my third time acting. I don't mind acting in front of the class, it's just that there's 25 other people in the class, and he's chosen me three times for the first 90 pages. This better help me get an A in the class.
The Warriors won again. I think they're 4 games out of the last playoff spot. Boy, that'd be sweet to watch some playoff basketball. I've found myself going on a Troy Murphy basketball card eBay buying spree. And you gotta love Earl Boykins.
March is slowly creeping up on us. I can't wait. It'll be full of school and finding out which college I'm headed to. I guess if I made it to Davis, that'd give me a lot of options. Otherwise it's just City College or SF State, which I already was accepted to. I've decided up to now I want to be any of these 5 things when i grow up:
1. Teacher. However, my mom is a teacher, and will kick me out of the house if i become one. She tells me all the time the job is horrible, the kids are bad, and now "Governor" Davis is cutting down on education and firing teachers. What a loser. Somebody shove this guy out of office. i'd rather have a goat wearing a t-shirt with the word "governor" on it run our city.
2. Doctor. I think it would be cool saving lives and having some control. But when I end up killing people because I took out the wrong organ, things can get messy. Plus doctors are easy to sue. All I have to do is stand near an already dead body, and some mother will file a suit against me saying I slaughtered her child. Maybe I should just become an actor and work on ER. Maybe what I really desire is to work with many beautiful nurses and female doctors.
3. Businessman. This is probably the one I'll become. Mainly because it's something I have an interest in, and I don't have to get sued or come home and cry when the bell rings because my students are horrible. I will explore this one much more in the future.
4. Professional Basketball Player. I would love for the Warriors to sign me. the only problem is I don't have any skills.
5. Bodyguard. just look at me, enough said.
Here's some more randomness to end this posting:
Cal: Happy Birthday Cal. Hope something exciting happened today to you. Perhaps you found money on the street and treated yourself to a birthday meal. Or perhaps you went on a Gaborik eBay spending spree. Either way, happy birthday.
Pat: Wow, I didn't even know Felton Spencer was still in the league. That's insulting, Todd Fuller isn't in the NBA yet Elton Spencemore is still dominating a PS2 videogame. In the words of Kenny's Bill Walton impression, thats "horrible"
Shannon: I didn't tell nobody. So don't you worry none.
Melissa: I'm glad you're happy now. Hope you found what you're looking for.
Jeff: All those concerts, gee golly. I should go to a concert one day just to see what it's like. you can take me to a Marilyn Manson concert one day, i'm sure we'll blend in just fine.
I don't know who else reads this stuff. Too bad I don't have a message board so I can figure it out. Oh well, bye.
