I felt like blogging during the school day, so I wrote down a bunch of things I wanted to talk about during class. But now I'm not as enthusiastic about blogging, maybe because I just lost in my PS2 baseball game. But here goes:

Exactly one month from today, it will be the last day of school (I graduate on June 5th, so really I don't have to show up on the 6th, but I will still count it as a school day). So that left me thinking, what were my best and worst moments at Lowell? So here it is, my Top 5 Least Favorable Moments At Lowell High School (Cal beat me to a Top 5 List by a day). Top 5 Best Moments Come After Graduation:

5. Latin Class. Yes, my entire two years of Latin. I only got a B final once in four grading periods. The rest of the time I was getting C's. It contributed to the worst year of my life, sophomore year. I hated this class, I hated doing the homework, I hated showing up for school, all because of Latin. I think God was trying to punish me for something I did.

4. JV Baseball Tryout. Yes, I did try out for JV Baseball my freshman year. I didn't know what the heck I was doing, and making errors on the field and basepaths left and right. I never saw live pitching before (this means me standing with a bat and helmet and having some guy throw 70 mph at me) so that's not a good thing. I did make contact, but I think I popped up. Note to self, if I ever decide to try out for a sport again, practice beforehand. I never got cut, I just stopped showing up after the second tryout. I figured two days was enough, i didn't know anybody on the team and I was doing this for the wrong reason.

3. My First Lowell Dance. I was coming into Freshman year a pretty cocky kid. My first dance wasn't too bad, except the music had so much bass it was pounding at my stomach and hurting me. It's not a good sign when the beats of the song are vibrating your internal organs. Then at the end some girl came up to me and asked me to dance with her. I said ok of course, because I was just standing around.

2. Sophomore Year Finals. I was sick as a dog (dogs can get very sick) but I didn't want to makeup my three finals, so I woke up at 7 AM and went to school. I nearly collapsed as I got out of the car and walked to class. I had Latin, Biology, and Advanced Algebra. I was thinking to myself, "I bet I can ace these finals even when I'm sick." My final test results- Latin: C, Bilogy: F, Advanced Algebra: B. I still managed to pass all three classes.

And the #1 Least Memorable Moment:
1. Picking Up Garbage For Ditching The Rally. Yes, you all read it here before, but that's my number one. It needs no explination.

On another note, me and my brother are planning to buy the Beavis and Butt-head DVD which contains 30 episodes. There are two of these dvd's, so we may end up buying both, giving us 59 episodes and 80 hours of Beavis and Butt-head. Did you know Butt-Head has a - in his name?

Long blog. And finally, I want to rant. This is my part 2 on Girls. Here's my rant: It seems impossible to find the "right girl". And here's why! Most girls always have that "somebody" they're in love with, or won't give up on. And because of this, they can't allow themselves to move on. They have a notion that they can't give up on this guy, and they want to wait for this guy to change his mind. It's not going to happen! And this is why true love is so rare and unique, and why it's underrated. yes, UNDERRATED. What are the odds that the girl and guy are each others "someone" that they are waiting on? I'm not saying to settle, or that you will find your "true love." It just seems like girls don't give a guy a chance because they overlook him for the hunky dreamboat guy who's flirting up a storm with another girl. And yes, I am speaking from experience, so I'm not some old crazy man with making no sense, I'm just an old crazy man. I know I missed my chance with some very great girls and i'm slapping myself for it now. And why did I miss my chance? Because I was "waiting for Mrs Right" to notice me. Ladies and Gentleman, I am an idiot. Later.
