Don't feel like a long blog, so here are some short thoughts:
1. College is tough. Too much reading. My philosophy teacher is making the class watch an hour long lecture on his website. Man, that's just like being in class.
2. Me and Kenny went to the CCSF library today for the first time (Kenny couldn't stand it, so he left after 5 minutes). It was the finest library I've ever been in. Alex, if you go to city next year, you will enjoy this one even more than Lowell's library.
3. I've been flyer passing this past week. Lots of kids have come up to me or remembered my name from math camp. i was impressed, I didn't know their names. And turns out a lot of them actually go to church on Sundays. This really shows me maybe I should try to go over to the middle and high school side more often and talk to these kids. But I wouldn't want to interupt their Yugio game.
4. Yesterday during flyer passing at Jefferson, a little girl started yelling, so I went over to see what happened. Her balloon flew over the fence and onto the street, so she asked me if I could go get it. Being the incredibly nice guy that I am, I dodged moving cars and ran onto the street to save this girl's yellow balloon. I tried to throw it over the fence, but the wind was blowing in my direction and it kept blowing back to me. Finally, on my third try, the wind took the balloon and it ended up flying away and over the buildings until it was out of sight. The little girl was sad her balloon was gone. I felt pretty bad.
5. Selina was telling me and Johnson about her friends and how they've basically slept with everyone. I'm sorry Selina, but it sounds like some of your friends have a disease. What is the name of the disease you ask? Slutaritis.
6. Kate Hudson will be on SNL Thursday on Comedy Channel and Conan on Friday night. I will try to watch it.
7. Bought the new ER Season 1 DVD for $40. It contains 25 hours of footage. I will one day set myself in front of my tv and watch all 25 hours straight. All I'll need is a pizza and a piss jar.
Can't wait until the three day weekend. School is in session kids. Keep chugging along...
