This weekend was very uneventful. Mostly spent the time just playing NCAA 2004 Football for PS2 with Dave. Other than that I was doing homework. I have a feeling I'm going to be a crazy old guy with coke bottled glasses when I'm 30.
John Mayer's CD comes out tomorrow. I've actually listened to most of the CD already from MTV's website. It wasn't as good as I hoped it to be, mainly because The Mayer used mostly electric guitar. I guess he wanted to produce a different sound from his first CD, which makes sense. Change isn't necessarily bad, just shows a different side of his musical talent. Last week I saw his new music video for the first time on MTV's website on my computer. Then later that night I woke up at 3AM and turned on the tv only to see the same John Mayer music video play on MTV and VH1. Then before I went to school at 8 I turned on the tv again and saw it playing on MTV and VH1. Meaning I saw the John Mayer music video 5 times in a span of ten hours.
Man, I'm still waiting for my Lowell yearbook to come in so I can look at all the pictures and make fun of people. Randall tells me the new Lowell Science Wing is up (ironically, it opens just as I leave).
So back to me and Kenny's US History class. We've been making fun of this stupid white guy who asks lame questions all the time. Today we found out his name is Robin. So from now on, his code name will be White Robin. Anyway, we were talking about the US expanding its territoty and acquiring Alaska. Then White Robin raises his hand and ask "Didn't we buy Alaska for $10?" Our teacher just says "No, it cost $7 Million, not ten dollars." What a loser.
The football season has begun. It was a very disappointing first week besides the 49ers destroying the Bears. I can only hope it gets better from here.
Lana gave me and Dave a bunch of coupons for Taco Bell. Me and Dave are really excited to use them. Man, I can't wait for our Friday dinner. I'll go buy us 12 "Seasoned Beef Tacos."
