Halloween has ended. I am glad. Halloween has never been one of my favorite "holidays." I haven't dressed up in years. Last night Dave decided to be a mountain climber, so he had his rope, mountain vest, and mountain shorts. But all of sudden at 1AM in the morning, he comes into my room and wakes me up because he wants to change his costume to a gym teacher and needs to turn on my lights and find my old gym clothes. He was succesful in finding some old gym clothes and wore it to school today. He even had a whistle but I saw it laying on the floor at first so I guess he didn't want it.

I spent Halloween today at the church building with Brian, Selina, and Kenny. It was definately the best Halloween I've ever had because we just sat around and ate pizza, and made fun of people as usual.

To Pat: I agree, I don't think we get any respect, and I've been very upset with the planning, or lack thereof. So as of today, i will boycott Thursday volleyball with Pat. If Pat doesn't go, I don't go. Simple as that. The point of organized team sports is to feel wanted. If one player is seen as valued less than another, then that team is jacked up.

To Cal: I truly believe your example of giving a little to get a little is correct, such as the example of the homeless man. I just think there's other ways to do it besides a book giveaway extravaganza. After all, this isn't a book fair. But you make a wise point my wise friend.

And to end off: I am nobody's lackey, and nobody's patsy. If you value you my friendship then you will not abuse it. My doghouse is miles long. A little respect can go a long way.

I find comfort in the only place where nobody will let me down. That place is home. I am home right now. Good day.
