Today I was sitting in the video lab at CCSF. I sat down, popped the video in the VCR, put on my headphones, took out my pen and paper, and was ready to take notes. Then the asian girl next to me who was watching her video politely looked over to me and said, "Can I borrow your pen?" Being the extrememly nice guy that I am, I said yes. Then she took the pen, and starting to write. I figured she'd give it back to me in a few seconds after she jotted down her notes. After 30 seconds had passed, I realized she wasn't going to give it back. I took out a pencil out of my backpack and started my movie. After 45 minutes had passed, she said thanks and gave me back my pen. I think she needs to learn the difference between "Can I borrow your pen?" and "Do you have an extra pen I can borrow?"

On Tuesday I was at McDonalds. After a long wait, I finally got to the front of the line and stood directly in front of the cash register. The lady at the cash register looks behind me and yells "Next." Then some asian girl comes up from behind, stands right next to me, and orders. I'm just standing right in front of that girl and the McDonalds worker with my mouth open. I was standing in front of the line. Am I that hard to miss? I'm 5'7, standing in the front of the line, and last time I checked, I am a solid structure and am not invisible. After the asian girl orders, then the McDonalds lady looks at me and says "What can I get you?" You could get me some better service, that's what.

My life is a tv show. My life is a comedy. I am the type of show who always gets nominated for awards but never wins.
