Elisa wanted me to blog, so I will do so right now:

1. I was watching tv the other day and saw Britney Spears in concert. For those of you who have never seen her sing live, you're not missing much, because all she does is shake her hips and lip sync. I can't stand people who lip sync live; that defeats the whole purpose of singing live. I have a lot of respect for bands like NSYNC, BBMak, and Josh Groban because I've seen them sing live on tv, and they sound great. But people like Britney Spears and Janet Jackson just move their lips to a tape. Nobody wants to spend $100 to go watch Britney Spears live, because it's really just her moving on stage for three hours while her cd plays in the background. Heck, for $100, you can come watch me lip sync to Britney Spears while I do some dance moves. For all we know, Britney Spears doesn't even sing the songs on her CD, because nobody has ever heard her sing. This is Milli Vanilli all over again people.

2. On Fox Sports Net, they were showing the World Dart Championship 2004. I thought it was funny how much show-boating went on between the players. After one guy won a dart match, he pumped his fist like Tiger Woods, and cupped his hand to his ear to hear the crowd cheer him on. Dude, you're playing darts, calm down.

3. Alex told me the volleyball championship game is this Friday. Most likely it will be Lowell vs. Lincoln again. That's basically the matchup every year. Anyway, I started thinking that if Lowell won, that dude from the SF Youth Sports Show will interview somebody, and most likely it will be a senior, and possibly Alex. And Alex also said he's looking to make some cash. My eBay sales have been very slow, so I figured if Alex wore my eBay username on his uniform, he could advertise for me and people who watch that SF Youth Sports show will go bid on my auctions. That's a perfect way to get some exposure for my eBay auctions and for Alex to get some money by being my spokesperson. It's a win-win situation Alex, think about it (as part of our contract, you may have to give a shoutout to me as well and refer to me as your "Mentor through the tough season." We'll discuss the details later).

4. The family is heading down to L.A. later this week for my brother's graduation. We plan to dine at some fancy Beverly Hills restaurant for dinner. I have a feeling all those rich white guys with their ties featuring geometric figures or polo shirts with alligators will be staring at the Chinese family wearing alligator-less polo's. I know those rich white guys think their better than us. I plan on buying some diamonds later for my watch and around my neck to give the subtle message "I'm rich like you white guys, but still in touch with my homies from Sunset."

5. Being in L.A. means there's always the chance of me running into celebrities. Kate Hudson lives in L.A., but i think she's away filming her next movie. Either way I'm bringing a camera in case I run into such stars as Pauley Shore or Steven Seagal.

I will return after I'm done with finals. I'm sure I will be back with stories, pictures, and tales so fantastic you'll fall off your chair just reading them. Wish me luck, and hope all goes well in whatever you need to do. Thanks for reading.
