"You have to take a chance on something sometime" - Jim Halpert.

It's been a pretty lazy few weeks of school so far. It always takes me a while to get going. I have my first test next Friday, so maybe that will wake me up. At least I have no english this semester. No more staying up late nights trying to write; now I have to dedicate that time to math.

When I first saw the commercial for the O.C. way back when it came out, I burst out laughing. It looked like the stupidest show ever. I've never even seen an episode because it looked so stupid. But little did I know, everyone loves that show now. That didn't make much sense to me. I guess good looking people in California appeals to the 18-24 tv viewers. But FOX's new show, Jonny Zero, debuts tonight. That looks soooo dumb. It looked so dumb that I even burst out laughing watching the commercial. If this show ends up being a hit, I'm going to cry, for society's sake.

The spring semester of school is always the better semester, mainly because summer is around the corner, and the weather heats up. Here are some things I look forward to in the coming months:

1. Superbowl: I jumped on the Patriots bandwagon. My brother calls me a sellout, but he's just jealous. Superbowl Prediction: Patriots 38 - Eagles 17. A guy with the initials T.B. will be Superbowl MVP (and his last name isn't Brady).

2. Easter/Spring Break: A week to do nothing.

3. My Birthday: My parents say they're going to take me out to dinner. Perhaps we'll take a trip down to the Sizzler.

4. Brother's Wedding: Should be exciting and sounds like a good gathering will be coming.

5. Baseball Season / Fantasy Baseball: Baseball is my favorite sport of them all. I've been doing my fantasy baseball research already, but it's hard to find free sites. I think the Giants have a great chance this year!

6. Mathcamp: Once summer is here, I'll probably devote my summer there so I can yell at kids, I mean, teach them the theories of mathematics.

7. Gilroy Garlic Festival: Could be a possibility.

Boy, think of all those adventures.

Time to go watch Jonny Zero.
