I find it ironic that the phone number to call for San Francisco Giants tickets has a 510 prefix.

I was eating my Dorritos the other day and I noticed that on the front of the bag in small letters next to the picture of the giant chips, it reads "Chips enlarged to show texture." It would be kind of cool if Dorritos came in giants. There'd be like 7 or 8 chips in a bag. But they'd be so big I wouldn't complain.

I had my evaluation at my work this week. It's basically my boss watches me while I have a tutoring session with another student. I was praying about it all week because I didn't want to have to deal with someone sassy molassy, or someone with some super difficult assignment, like a 10 page essay on the Odyssey. But luckily it went pretty well. I don't know how many jobs require annual evaluations/check ups. I assume most jobs have those, or maybe a supervison watches you do your work. It's pretty nerve-racking.

I was at the Asian-Pacific festival at CCSF this week for extra credit. It was the first time I had ever been in the Student Union in my 2 years at City. I should explore more often. I was about to leave but then these two HK guys started to perform. One guy was playing an electric guitar, and the other was singing some HK song. They weren't bad. I was fairly impressed with the guy's guitar playing. Made me realize I need to work on some things, so I'll dedicate my summer to guitar playing. There were a lot of asian girls in that room. I stopped by the punch table and asked the girl who was scooping the punch into the cups if I could have one. She said yes. Nice...

Based on the comments, some would be wooed with the dog, and others wouldn't. I also forgot to mention that cars are chick magnets. Maybe I should just skip the dog and be myself (haha, yea right). My dad did have a day off this week and he sounded pretty bored (and he was only up for an hour). He's planning to retire this summer, so I'm going to have to do my best good-son routine and buy him some entertainment (not that kind of entertainment). I'm thinking that digital cable and a dog are coming in the near future. I mentioned a dog and he seemed pretty happy about the idea. I don't know if I even like dogs. I'm always scared they're going to bite my finger off and place it in a bowl of Wendy's chili. And if my dog pees on my guitars...

I have to do a report in my Music class about any band, singer, or song I want. I decided to do a report on John Mayer. My teacher had no idea who he is. This should be an interesting project. I also have to do a song analysis on one of his songs, but I can't decide which one of his hit singles I should choose. I should also mention that this "one hit wonder" has won 3 Grammys. I hope he doesn't hurt his arm while he's carrying those 3 Grammys around.
