Football season is just around the corner. I do enjoy playing Fantasy Football, but I am starting to be disgusted by the NFL. Here are my reasons:

1. 49ers Videos. I have yet to watch their video but I will have to root against the 49ers and their racist ways. Not only will I not root for them, I will not draft any of their players for Fantasy Football. But the last one isn't too hard to do because they don't have any good players anyway. I have to root for quality franchises like the New England Patriots and guys who stay out of trouble, like Tom Brady and ultimate team-player Troy Brown.

2. Players Who Holdout. This is the one thing that pisses me off the most about NFL players. These guys are getting millions and they refuse to show up to work. I especially hate the ones who are under contract like Terrell Owens and don't show up to work because they want to redo their contract. If I didn't show up to work and asked for more money, I'd get fired. But these guys usually win and get their money because of supply and demand; not too many guys in the world can run and catch a football like them, but guys like Allan are a dime a dozen in the workplace.

In other sports news, my second favorite NBA player of all time, Fred "The Mayor" Hoiberg, is recovering from heart surgery. From what I read, it didn't go as well as planned and he's going to have a pacemaker in him for the rest of his life. He hasn't officially retired but it sounds like he's played his last game. The only exercise he can do is walk around. That's truly a big disappointment to me.
