One of the things I pride myself on is that I lack any knowledge on current events. I don't really have any opinions on politics, or the war, or at least my opinions aren't worth much. But I do pride myself on the knowledge I have on other things. I could probably name more minor league baseball players than U.S. Presidents. Plus I think having knowledge on other topics not related to the war or politics is good when you're at dinner parties, because everyone has a view on what Bush should and shouldn't do, but how many of you upper class people care to discuss what Felipe should do in the 7th inning?

As usual, I went to go check up on some news on Yahoo. I found this story to be very good: Deer

This story is so random. I don't understand why this guy decided to fight the deer. If some deer just burst into my house, I would run away. For some reason, this guy's first instinct is to kill the deer? And to top it off, he ends up eating the deer too. This guy is a savage. If the Cool Aid guy burst into his house, he better watch out.

I like the name of the deputy at the end of the story too.
