I'm sitting here eating a half eaten candybar that Peony didn't finish. Tastes kinda stale but it might be the wafers in the middle throwing me off because it absorbs the crunch. I was gonna stop posting for awhile and just keep all my thoughts to myself, but I actually prefer to write and get some stuff out. Writing is theraputic. Plus since I'm Martin's Gateway in to the world of blogdom, I should at least put something up, not that anyone really cares.

Team dinner on Saturday was really good. I want to thank Bennie and Steph for putting that together, and also for the cool trophies. Sad to say, that was my first trophy ever. I have a few CCU ribbons, a few AP Giannini science fair ribbons, but other than that, I have nothing. It's standing proudly on my desktop. I also like the move of giving Jason and Roger Co-MVPS (which for the record, I totally agree with). Sort of like Manning and McNair, or Bonds and Kent, or Fuller and Hoiberg. Food was good by the way. Although the lasagna occasionally tasted like canned peaches, everything else was excellent. I was also thrown off by the calamari plate for dessert move. Maybe I'll post some pictures up next week along with some Mayer concert pics.

Cal Football actually won. I was surprised they blew them out. Giants, well, there's always next year, although next year will be a rebuilding year. Niners, well, still racist. And don't think you can start claiming "diversity" because your punter is named Andy Lee:

Scientists have constructed a picture of what Lucy, a female hominid, looked like 3.2 million years ago. All I have to say is you fellas better stay away, because I saw her first. You guys all know I like girls with big lips and gorilla-like features. I also like the fact that she doesn't wear clothes. MINE!

In other news, I'm now missing a tire. Seriously, one day, I'm going to make millions off my Python Pepsid AC products:

The Office season premiere wasn't bad. It's just not the same without Jim. Now that Cal graciously lent me his season 1 and 2 dvd collection, I will be taking my laptop to the library (along with my books), where I will remain for hours upon hours. Jenna Fischer also has a MySpace, which apparently is hers. Guess I found myself a new background picture for my laptop. She is So Cute!

Shirley also asked if I saw the CSI episode with John Mayer. Sadly, I did not, although I thought about it. But Mayer himself said it was just going to be a brief cameo of him background singing like they do at the Peach Pit in 90210. I think I'll save myself the 59 minutes of tv (where he probably comes in at the last scene) and just watch him live on Friday for two hours. Midterms start next week. I need to start getting down to business. I've been "lazy" in my standards so far, although I cannot reach Cal and Kenny's "Sloth" level yet. Sloth!
