"You have to take a chance on something sometime" - Jim Halpert.

About 5 minutes ago, I was walking home. Some later flagged me down and asked me for a $1 so she could ride the bus. She didn't look homeless, but she didn't look like she was headed to dinner with the President either. I just said no, sorry, then walked away. She called me a "nasty-ass." That was the first time I had heard it used as a noun. Usually, that phrase is used in the context of an adjective, such as "Boy, that eggnog over there is a 'nasty-ass' drink you made for us." Regardless, I couldn't help but smile as I walked away. I need to go figure out what I'm going to do with my dollar now.
