Well it's been a busy Winter Break. I've been up to a lot of Wii, PS2, and PS3. Besides that, I've been sleeping in like a sloth. It's great to not have homework to deal with, and instead, I can waste my time away on my video games. I've been trying to do a little reading too. Martin gave me a book for Christmas which I've started reading. I've also been reading my SI's and ESPN The Magazines. That's always important reading.

Well, the good news is I was recently offered a fulltime job, and I just accepted and finished all the paperwork. I was interviewing during finals time which was tough, but the good thing is everything is pretty much set up. It's a marketing research company in South San Francisco, and I'm going to be an analyst. I begin in mid July, meaning I'll get about two months off after I graduate. Maybe I'll do some traveling or just work at Math Camp until I begin. The headquarters is in Virginia, and I have to do a two month training program there starting in mid-July. I think it'll be good to get away and see the east coast for awhile. I'm very fortunate that I'll be able to work and still live in San Francisco when I come back. I met the recruiter back in September at the Berkeley job fair, gave him my resume, and just received a callback out of nowhere in Novemeber.

I'm really happy and relieved, because this job literally fell into my lap. I know this will definately help me relax more and enjoy my last semester at Berkeley having that comfort of a job waiting for me when I graduate. I also appreciate everyone's help and support throughout this job search. I've talked to a lot of you guys throughout these past months, and everyone has been encouraging.

So yesterday my brother, dad, and I went to the Warriors and Sixers game.

Warriors announcer Jim Barnett was shooting around and draining threes.

Of course, I wanted to watch my favorite current NBA player, Troy Murphy, but he was out with an achilles injury. I still took a picture of him in his suit on the bench.

The Warriors ended up winning it in a blowout. We saw Matt Barnes have a career day and tie the Warriors franchise record with 7 3-pointers in a game. We also saw alley-oops from Andris Biedrins and Andre Miller flagrantly foul Biedris. I was hoping for an Artest-like brawl, but it did not come.

Despite the game, I've just been eating like crazy. I've also been playing with my brother and Lana's dog, Mochi. We didn't grow up with dogs and I've actually been pretty scared of dogs, but not Mochi. He's really friendly and he came up and licked me the first time I saw him. I think I can only like dogs when I know the owners. It's sort of like me and babies too. If I know the parents, I will usually like the kids. Babies can poop and pee and do all sorts of crazy stuff and I'll think it's cute if I know the parents. However, if I see the babies of strangers do that stuff, I'll be like "Dude, what's wrong with your kid?"
